This morning the scale told me I am now in the one-twenties - yay.
Today was a hectic morning of running around; I missed my morning kettlebell workout but was able to still take the dogs for their regular 4km walk. Hoping to squeeze in a workout after work before the gym closes and another walk - would love to get my kettlebell workout in but I just don't think it's going to happen.
Lunch date with a long-time friend tomorrow whom I haven't seen in about a year - not sure how or what I am going to eat at a pizza place :l I will have to browse the menu online and plan ahead - see what my best options are.
