Going Away

Tomorrow my boyfriend and I are going on a camping trip for a few days.

I tried to pack as much safe and healthy food as possible - apples, oranges, almonds, Craisins; I'll be absolutely devastated if I come home and the scale tells me that I have gained.

Today was a relatively rough day - ate to much as always. And tomorrow my boyfriend's mother is cooking pancake breakfast for us before we leave (joy). Very thoughtful and kind of her though.

Here's to hoping for a no-weight gain and a weight-reduction trip.

One Twenties

This morning the scale told me I am now in the one-twenties - yay.

Today was a hectic morning of running around; I missed my morning kettlebell workout but was able to still take the dogs for their regular 4km walk. Hoping to squeeze in a workout after work before the gym closes and another walk - would love to get my kettlebell workout in but I just don't think it's going to happen.

Lunch date with a long-time friend tomorrow whom I haven't seen in about a year - not sure how or what I am going to eat at a pizza place :l I will have to browse the menu online and plan ahead - see what my best options are.

A Regular Monday

Woke up feeling groggy and bloated.

Took the dogs for a 4km walk and did a kettlebell workout. I love kettlebell. You can basically modify any exercise to incorporate a kettlebell.

Ever tried Nestea Single Packs? They are my saviour on a bad day - just five calories a packet.

Work later today, gym and hopefully another dog walk later this evening - maybe the boyfriend will even accompany me if he is not to caught up in the world of false realities known as gaming.
